Obedience I
In this 8 week, one day per week course, your dog will be taught the place command, sit, down, stay, door manners, heel, loose leash walking, place or crate training, and being able to handle loud distractions such as a pan or cup dropping.
You, as the owner will be taught verbal commands, cues, and how to access your dog’s prey and play drive to help cultivate a stronger bond. When learning the loose leash walk, we will use either a slip lead, a Martingale Collar or a Herm Sprenger Prong Collar depending on what gets your dogs attention. You will be taught to use the tools we end up using, how to read your dog’s body language, how to connect and correct your dog when they decide to check out of their “job.”

4-6 ft biothane training leash
Elevated Place Bed
Treat Pouch
At the time of course completion a certificate of achievement will be awarded and free private sessions for the lifetime of the dog will be awarded.
The private sessions are to be utilized for changes in the dogs behavior and or tune ups in obedience.
